About This Role
We are hiring a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and ensure every customer has a smooth experience from first call to completed service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Process insurance claims and verify coverage details
- Follow up with customers after service completion
- Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system
- Provide quotes and explain services to prospective customers
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of auto glass or automotive industry (a plus)
