About This Role

We are hiring a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, process insurance claims, and ensure every customer has a smooth experience from first call to completed service.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries promptly
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage details
• Follow up with customers after service completion
• Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system
• Provide quotes and explain services to prospective customers

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in customer service or call center environment
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of auto glass or automotive industry (a plus)
