Auto Glass Technician

About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. You will perform windshield replacements, chip repairs, side and rear glass installations, and ADAS recalibrations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in precision work and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform windshield replacements and chip repairs following OEM and industry standards
• Install side, rear, and specialty glass on cars, trucks, and SUVs
• Perform ADAS camera recalibration after windshield installations
• Inspect vehicles and document damage accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and service vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site

Requirements

• 2+ years of auto glass installation experience
• Familiarity with ADAS recalibration systems preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation to the Glen Burnie, MD area
