About This Role
We are looking for a skilled Auto Glass Technician to join our growing team. You will perform windshield replacements, chip repairs, side and rear glass installations, and ADAS recalibrations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in precision work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform windshield replacements and chip repairs following OEM and industry standards
- Install side, rear, and specialty glass on cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Perform ADAS camera recalibration after windshield installations
- Inspect vehicles and document damage accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and service vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
Requirements
- 1+ year of auto glass installation experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with ADAS recalibration systems (preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to Glen Burnie, MD area
